1. CONTACT US |
Please indicate the desired size of your exhibition space when filling out the FAX COUPON on the
back cover of this brochure and fax it to us. Alternatively you can submit the contact form from our
website. Upon receipt of your fax or contact form, the organizer or a local agent of Messe Frankfurt
will contact you and send you an application form. |
2. APPLICATION & BOOTH SPACE RESERVATION |
Please fill out the application form and return it to the organizer.
Stand location assignments will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Your stand location
will be assigned to you in October. |
3. PAYMENT |
An invoice will be sent to you upon receipt of your application form. Your stand location will be
confirmed when the organizer has received one-half of the invoice amount. The remaining half is
due by October 19, 2007. |
4. PREPARATION FOR YOUR PARTICIPATION |
The exhibitor manual will be sent to you by mid-September 2007. The exhibitor manual includes
information for your hotel reservation, interpreter, and other necessary information. |
5. MOVE-IN/MOVE-OUT |
Move-in & set-up: February 18 (Mon) and 19 (Tue), 2008
Exhibition: February 20 (Wed) – 22 (Fri), 2008
Move-out & dismantling: February 22 (Fri), 2008, starting at 4:00 p.m. |
